The parts that matter for pleasure
- Clitoris: the external glans and a lot of tissue under the skin. This is how most women orgasm.
- Labia and vestibule: need arousal and often lube before anything goes inside.

A simple order that fails less often
- Kiss and touch through clothes until she is actually interested
- Hand on the outside of the vulva, no rush to separate anything
- Clitoral contact with a wet finger or tongue, steady rhythm
- Internal fingers only after she is wet and open to it
Short nails. Lube if you have any doubt. Ask whether she wants more pressure or a slower pace instead of asking “does that feel good?” every ten seconds.
